Fun with Fall Fruit - Ghostly Pears
Last week my girls decided to have some early Halloween fun and create ghosts out of pears covered in white chocolate. They got a little out of hand - adding a few too many flourishes, but you can get the idea. The recipe is so simple. Melt a bag of white chocolate chips in a glass container in the microwave (do in 1 minute increments). Spoon the melted white chocolate over the pears and add chocolate chips for eyes.
